At Mob Unlockers, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable unlocking services. Due to the nature of digital and remote services, our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to complete the unlocking service within the promised time frame.

  • Unsupported Device: If we determine that your device is not eligible or supported after payment is received and no service has been provided.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make more than one payment for the same service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You provide incorrect or incomplete information (e.g., wrong IMEI, wrong model, incorrect iCloud status).

  • The device is blacklisted, reported as lost/stolen, or has been tampered with in a way that prevents unlocking.

  • You change your mind after the service has started or been completed.

3. Payment Method & Refund Timing

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please Contact Us within 30 days of your order. Include the following details:

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the order

  • Order ID or IMEI number

  • Reason for the refund request

5. Final Decision

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Mob Unlockers reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the information provided and our service records.
