1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to complete the unlocking service within the promised time frame.

Unsupported Device: If we determine that your device is not eligible or supported after payment is received and no service has been provided.

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make more than one payment for the same service.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

You provide incorrect or incomplete information (e.g., wrong IMEI, wrong model, incorrect iCloud status).

The device is blacklisted, reported as lost/stolen, or has been tampered with in a way that prevents unlocking.

You change your mind after the service has started or been completed.
3. Payment Method & Refund Timing
