1. Services Provided

Mob Unlockers offers remote mobile unlocking services including (but not limited to):

  • iCloud Activation Lock Removal

  • Android FRP and system lock bypass

  • Carrier unlocking

We do not physically handle any devices. All services are delivered remotely based on the information you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use our services.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in full before services are delivered.

  • We accept major cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum…).

  • Due to the nature of digital services and time-sensitive operations, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the promised service within the agreed timeframe and conditions (please check our Refund Policy).

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the device or have legal permission to unlock it.

  • The information you provide (IMEI, model, etc.) is accurate and truthful.

  • You understand and accept the risks involved in unlocking a device.

Mob Unlockers is not liable for incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Legal Use Only

Our services are intended for legal use only. We do not support unlocking of stolen, blacklisted, or fraudulently obtained devices.
Devices marked as Lost or Stolen in Apple’s or Google’s systems may not be eligible for unlocking. Submitting such devices may lead to cancellation of service with payment refund.

6. Service Limitations

  • While we strive for high success rates, certain devices or conditions may be beyond our capability.

  • Some unlocks may be temporary or may be affected by software updates. We’ll inform you if this applies to your device.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy and only collect the necessary information required to provide our services. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Mob Unlockers. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

Mob Unlockers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
